If your vehicle is set to delay charging on its own, GM Energy Smart Charging may not be able to follow the smart charging schedule from the portal. Before enrolling, or if you are asked to update your vehicle settings, make sure your vehicle is set to Charge Now and turn off any saved charging schedules or preferred charge time settings. If you need assistance, please contact smartcharging.support@gm.com.
